Storing Holiday Dishes

Even though the holidays are behind us, you may still be packing up and putting away. Since we are considering how to #makeroomforjoy in the kitchen + dining areas this month, consider how you store holiday items used in this space.

When you entertain, what is the most number of guests you generally have?
Did you use all of your holiday wares, like dishes, serving pieces, cloth napkins, tablecloths + centerpieces? If not, go ahead and donate them.

In this small galley kitchen, my clients wanted a better flow temporarily until they are able to do a major overhaul down the road. We minimized some of the items that were rarely used, created a better flow inside the cabinets using shelf risers, cleared the counters and created a pegboard system to open up the walkway through the space.
